You can cancel your order up to fourteen days after you have placed it simply by us at returns@greenworldstuff.com . You do not need to give a reason. However, if the goods have already been despatched, you will need to pay for their return.
Should there be a problem with your goods on arrival, contact us within 10 working days. Once the goods have been returned to us we will provide either a full refund or replacement, at your discretion.
